- CLIENT AGREEMENTS - WEB TERMS - CONTRACTOR AGREEMENTS

All the templates you need. All in one place. Just pay the cover, and you’re in for life.

Are you constantly making updates to your contracts? Or is it on your to-do list without ever actually getting done?

Let's fix that, shall we.

 We have all had, or will have...

🤬 A client who won't pay;

😳 The client who oversteps; and

🙄 The client who just doesn't get it.

A solid contract can solve all these problems.

And, in a worst case scenario, you may need to resolve problems with a cancellation agreement, postponement contract, or release agreement.

That's where the Contract Club comes in.

It's a back stage pass to grab all the templates & trainings you need to:

✅ quickly get your contracts up to speed; and

✅ to reference on an as needed basis when extenuating circumstances arise.

“The Contract Club not only saved me hundreds of dollars, it saved me tons of time. It’s one stop shop for creatives to get contractor agreements, client agreements, and so much more. It is hands down the best $30 I’ve spent. I don’t lie awake thinking about addendums I need to because it’s so comprehensive already.”

You probably don't want to learn about contracts. I get that. But, I have videos to just give you the info you need to know to edit the templates as needed.The first video is the welcome video inside the Club and the second is lesson 1 from our client contract series.

Assemble Your Doc

I call it build-a-bear but contracts. I give you all the pieces, and you create the doc that fits your business.

Ask Questions

If you hit a roadblock, drop a question in our free Facebook group, or book a paid consultation through the law firm.

  • I no longer provide just a wedding planning contract, or just a graphic design template. Etc. Instead, you will get a selection of payment terms, legalese terms, and other terms, along with banks of industry specific terms. I'll then walk through how to create your own custom contract.

    Because even within the same industry, everyone operates differently. Your contract should be specific to your business.

    This process typically takes 2-3 hours. You can also stick with your current contract and use my terms just to supplement as needed.

  • You get:

    Client contracts;

    A postponement agreement;

    A cancellation agreement;

    A release agreement;

    A contractor agreement;

    Trainings on client onboarding;

    A COVID liability waiver;

    A privacy policy;

    An operating agreement;

    And more!

    If you're curious about a specific industry or type of contract, shoot me a message on Instagram.

    I'm all about efficiency, so I don't typically create a template until I have an actual student who needs it. That's not to promise I'll create whatever, whenever. BUT, your need may move a particular template to the top of my to-do list, and I may be happy to create something new for you provided it will also benefit current and future contract vault owners.

  • The main part of the Vault is a build your own contract tool. This is great for coaches & consultants or need fairly basic terms.

    I also have industry specific terms for:

    Course creators, speakers, and educators,

    Coaching,

    Wedding planning

    Photography

    Hair & makeup

    Floral design

    Event venues

    Graphic & web design

    Event rentals

    DJs

    Virtual Assistants and

    Catering

    With more coming up!

  • $30!

WHAT OUR CLUB INSIDERS ARE SAYING…

“I almost didn’t buy because the price was so low.”

That’s a 100% real survey response I got from someone.

If the price is trigging your bullshit meter, here’s a few reason why the Club is only $30.

  • Template shops have become wildly popular. I had one myself. They can be great, but once you buy all the docs you need, it might not be that much more expensive to hire an attorney for custom contracts.

  • The creative industry is full of trash contracts, and I'm not 👏 here 👏 for 👏 it 👏. I've talked to several entrepreneurs who have had their docs tossed in court. Typically, they were discarded for preventable reasons.

  • I teach a concept called the Legal Layers of Protection. I call contracts & insurance the essentials. I can't help with insurance, but I can help with contracts. Everyone should have good ones without looking to Google, Facebook Groups, or friends.

  • Whenever I see something that seems too good to be true, I ask "but why would they do that? What's in it for them?"

    If they don't have a great answer, I'll assume the thing is garbage.

    Here's my answer. I have several reasons.

    (1) I don't want to run a template shop business. I tried it. I hated it for many reasons. My primary revenue stream is my membership, which I love. But...

    (2) I had all these contract templates from years of custom, 1-on-1 client work and figured I might as well do something with them.

    (3) It actually makes me more money. Bananas I know! The week I launched the Vault, we had 150 sales, that totaled more in revenue from contract templates than I had the prior year. Why? Because the offer is fabulous, and because...

    (4) People share it with friends. This creates a fabulous way for me to grow my audience, while making some 💵 while providing a great service to the industry.

Some Hot Takes on Contracts.

Who You Should Work With

Have you ever tried to explain what you do to a parent, aunt, uncle, or friend, where no matter your clarity, they were just kind of confused? No imagine that person is writing your contract. How will they know what the hell to even put in it? It’s tough. Trust me. Early on in my business, I took on clients in industries I knew nothing about. Now, we still to what we know, creative, mostly serviced based, business owners.

We’ve learned the nuances that need to go in each contract, and oftentimes we’re able to provide language that not only better protects the client but that also improves their services and their margins.

Our Thoughts on Templates

A solid contract template written by someone who understands your industry is often better than a custom contract drafted by someone who knows nothing about what you do [see the note above].

And, great news, most client service agreements, can be used state-to-state. There are some specific concerns. Like, many states don’t allow non-disparagement clauses. We opt to just leave those out of our templates in the Contract Club. Where you want to be really careful is with independent contractor agreements [more so because of state differences in employment law], partnership agreements, and other more complex arrangements.

Also consider contracts that need to be negotiated. In your client contract, you hold the power, and your client shouldn’t get much say in amendments. There are some reasonable exceptions, like public figures or folks with privacy concerns wanting to strike language that allows you to promote on social media, etc. In other cases, it’s wise to have legal counsel on your side to show potential ramifications are bigger deals.
