3. Month of Mindfulness Journal
Affirmations and reflection don’t just have to be reserved for the new year. You can (and we recommend you to) reserve just a few minutes of each day to journal, set affirmations, and reflect on different areas of your life and business. This journal includes 30 prompts for each day that also include small action items you can do to maintain a healthy mindset each month.
4. Vision Board Template
Vision boards are the perfect tool to keep in your back pocket for when you need a boost of motivation, inspiration, or when you’re just feeling generally down. We’ve all had those days where we’re ready to throw our hands up in the air and just give up. Vision boards allow us to be reminded of our “why”– why we started our business in the first place, where we hope to end up in the next 5, 10, 15 years even, and things that inspire us to keep moving forward.
