Introducing The Creative Shop Co-op: The Missing Piece Your Business Needs

Episode 562: Show Notes

We have the best thing since sliced bread to share with you. Big, big, big news. We are beyond excited. For the first time ever (note the sarcasm), we are giving more value to our members and our students because we love you and are obsessed with your success. It should come as no surprise to anyone that we just want to continue to see you improve your results. We are constantly looking at our programs and our offers to identify how we can help you be more successful, how we can arm you with the tools, strategies, and systems to be the most effective you can be. And we have been taking a good, long, hard look at everything we have done inside The Creative Template Shop, and we love it. It's not changing. All of that is staying AND it's growing and becoming even better!

Why We Created the Co-op

There were a lot of recurring themes that we were seeing throughout the life of our business and from watching other people start, grow, and close their businesses. It's the thing we have gotten in our inboxes, DMs, surveys; it's a two-part need. One part is community support and accountability, and the other part is how the French toast do I actually implement these strategies in my business? Those two key areas we do really well in our business, so we thought it was time to pay it forward and help other business owners do the same things. So, we wanted to know if we could help you in a way that resonates with you to ensure you are being true to yourself. We want to give you a place to go that will help you grow long-term. Don't get us wrong, we have so many sales and marketing tools in the Shop already, but what was missing was how to connect the dots strategically. This is why we have created our Creative Shop Co-op, the community where conversion and alignment happen. Everything on the Shop is staying the same, but as a member, when you join, you get all these bonuses.

What You Get as Part of the Co-op

Right off the bat, you will have access to a members-only group, with other business owners and creatives, where you can share anything you want. You can ask for advice on what you have created and give feedback on what others have done. We also have a new podcast dropping with super-secret strategies that we will not share on this show. Every month, we will have a new theme and produce a show accordingly. You are unlikely to hear this kind of content anywhere else. The shows come out the day before a new shop drop, so you can link the content to the products that become available. Another thing you have access to is your monthly marketing check-ins. You will have a dedicated wing-woman, so you can use these sessions however you like. If you want to use it to brainstorm, or as a time for you to be held accountable, it's up to you!

Flocking to the Coop

If you have been around for a very long time, you will remember our first community, and we wanted to bring some of the spirit of that community to the Co-op. The Co-op is meant to be a place where you can all flock together, like in a coop. We cannot resist a food or animal reference when it comes to our communities. Luckily for us, you are all way smarter than we are, and we know you will make way better puns than the ones we have come up with. So far, the membership has been great in helping you guys, but there has not been a place where we can all come together and check-in, and we believe the Co-op will change all that. You will get feedback and grow your business in a way that aligns with who you are.

Exiling Solopreneur for Good

We have also made the decision to exile the word solopreneur, not only because Emylee hates the word. There is finally the recognition that you cannot build a business alone. Ok, maybe you can, but it will not be fun or enjoyable. We take it for granted that we have each other, but there are so many of you out there that are going at it alone. While you may not need permission to make decisions, you definitely need support. There is a difference between validation and support, and it is fine to need support when you grow your business. If you are a business owner, you are likely an outlier in your life, which is why you need a community of like-minded people who you can talk strategy with. Just imagine what can happen if you dedicate a year of your life to thinking about business strategy?

Making The Co-Op a Priority

The great thing is that we already saw the strides people made from just having access to The Creative Template Shop without the strategy, which is why we are so excited to be giving you guys this community. We can only imagine what growth you will be able to see once you have the extra support. This extra accountability will push you to implement the strategies that are going to propel you forward. There is a lot more information at https://creativetemplateshop.com/join. Everything you see there is completely free. We have not increased the membership fee, so it is a ton of extra content, without the additional fee. If you are already a member, you should be receiving communication on how to access all of these incredible extras. We are not asking you to dedicate an unreasonable amount of time to this, but if you prioritize the Co-op in your business, we will help you. It's absolutely that simple. If you need any more information, you can DM us on Instagram. There is a human being on the other end that will give you an honest, non-salesy answer.
