How to Overcome the Overwhelm that Comes with Launching

Does the idea of launching a digital product have you frozen with overwhelm? You’ve come to the right place! I am a naturally anxious person, and I tend to get uptight about decisions that feel really important. But, I’m excited to tell you that this is not a decision that’s going to make or break your business. You can change your mind as many times as you need to! I want to take you through it step-by-step, and that’s why I’ve laid it all out in Digital Product Fast Track. That way, we are only going to make one decision at a time and it’s going to be so much easier for you to get across the finish line.

Why Visibility is So Scary (& Why Do it Anyway!)

Visibility can be really intimidating. I thought it might get easier with time, but I still find myself anxious about people seeing my work, reading my thoughts, and hearing my voice. Here’s the thing, your work deserves to be out in the world! People can’t benefit from your work unless you are willing to get visible. One thing that has really helped me with this is to think about the “one person.” I don’t think about a room full of people listening to me and watching me. I think about sitting across from the one person that I want my work to benefit. Remember, if people want to criticize you, it says more about them than it does about you!

One Way to Take All the Pressure Off Your Product

What if your digital product doesn’t sell? Is that actually a bad thing? Absolutely not! Once you start approaching everything like it’s an experiment, all of the pressure dissipates immediately. It’s such a huge opportunity to gather information and insights and learn for next time. If you fail, what could it mean? Maybe you didn’t have enough visibility, or your messaging was wrong, or your product doesn’t solve a big enough problem. Tracking and surveys are one way to find this out. Use your email list or ask your ideal clients. Maybe you need to tackle a totally different problem, and that’s fine too. The whole point of launching on pre-sales is to be able to gather this information before you produce the product.

What it Really Means to Serve a Past Version of You

Maybe you want to create something that is truly useful for your audience, but you don’t know what it is yet. Most people who go out and launch something are serving people who are like them. The easiest person to serve is the one that’s most like a past version of you. What were you most challenged with when you were in their position? What helped you get unstuck? We’re trying to help someone to go from Point A to Point B. If more is required, that might be too much for a digital product. The answer? Simplify! Often the things that are most useful to other people are the things we take for granted.

The Unexpected Way to Create the Time You Need

Do you want income that isn’t tied to your time, but you’re too busy to create a digital product to sell? This can feel very real. There are seasons of life when we truly don’t have time, but if this is a priority to you, you might just have to let something else go. It might not be the thing that you think is taking up all of your time. Is there anything you feel obligated to do that isn’t necessarily getting you to where you want to go? Is there a way you can ask for help? What would buy back some of your time? It can happen. It’s just a matter of priorities.

We have tried to make absolutely everything you need to go from idea to launch in just one day. All this is laid out for you step-by-step with all the templates and tech walkthroughs necessary. We are going to make this as easy as possible. Sign up now and get started today!
