industry: interior design & tech
ISCO
Whitney approached us with a major problem: her website was attracting the wrong type of client. Despite having a website in place, everything from the images used to the overall vibe and messaging was speaking to and attracting the wrong type of client.
We came in and deep a deep dive into who her ideal client actually was so we could better understand how to present Whitney and her work. We took her brand from attracting low-budget residential projects to high-end commercial projects with the flip of a switch.
Our Goal:
Create an effective brand messaging and website design that communicated confidence and niche design expertise.
phase one
Copywriting & Website Design
Since Whitney came to us with a beautiful existing brand, we were ready to move into wireframing, writing website copy, and developing the website.
copywriting and wireframe
We dove head first into learning all the intricacies of Whitney’s industry because it was incredibly important that all the technical language was communicated effectively and spoke directly to her dreamy clients and their needs.
With the copy, we leaned into the expertise and massive impact working with Whitney can have on her clients’ processes.
website build
We built a custom Showit website, making sure every page was clean and clear, with warm, relational images to connect to the audience.
Our two main goals on the website were:
Inviting prospects to book a discovery call
Allowing prospects to learn more about how they can work with Whitney
The entire website and copywriting now directs viewers to those specific actions the entire way through.

phase two
Dubsado Integration
The last piece of the puzzle was making sure all the pieces worked together functionally.
We embedded the form Whitney was already using after tweaking it to get the right information she needed from prospects.

“I feel so much more confident about what I offer and how my company is represented online.”
“I’m no longer embarrassed of my online presence, and I don’t worry if someone visits my website. It makes sense, and it doesn’t sound or look like a gimmicky sales website either.”
