Massively Simplifying My Offers and BIG Changes for 2024

Over the last eight years, Boss Project has had so many offers and today I’m announcing the major simplifications to my offers that I am so excited about. I have been hesitating to do this episode for so long because I wasn’t sure if this was the direction that I wanted to go in and I have always been so ‘married’ to the direction I was committed to and steadfast about how I was going to get there. While that’s great, things change so often and it’s more beneficial to be able to act according to what’s happening in real-time and make pivots to your plan along the way. 

I’m finally ready to share this because I’ve realized that it’s far more important to head in a direction without being so worried about how you’re going to get there. As long as your vision is at the forefront of your mind and you’re committed to taking small steps to get there, you’re on the right path! I have sold way more offers than the majority of the people in my industry have, probably because of how creative I am! I wondered what it would look like to give myself the freedom to be creative and the clarity of knowing what my offer is to make it easy for people to know what they are buying from me. So, I am going to simplify all of my offers into one!

The Potential Dangers of Too Much Diversification

When there are a million options available, it’s hard for people to know what they really need and which direction they should go in. I know you’re all tired and have so many options. I don’t necessarily think that there’s one right way so I started wondering what the ‘magic sauce’ for my clients was. Over time I have been developing The Creative Template shop and honestly, Boss Project started as a design company! There are plenty of designers out there who just want to make you look good but I want to make sure that the things you are putting out into the world are effective and are giving you results. I value diversification but I do think you can get to a point in your business where too much diversification causes confusion instead of helping you grow. I was considering what marrying all the strategy pieces to all the design pieces in my business would look like. 

The One Thing I’m Focusing on When It Comes to My Offers

Publicly, when I’m talking about my business, my offers, and what I do, I will be leading with the Co-op because it just includes absolutely everything! It is so all-encompassing and I am so passionate about what it will continue to do for this online community. I feel so good about leading with this because I know if I am clear about how you work with me then you will be clearer on how you can forge the direction you want to take in your business. I’m not expecting you to know what you need but rather, I want to get to know you so that we can align you with the resources that already exist. I know that every business is different so my goal is not that you use everything inside the Co-op, but instead choose what will be most effective for you. 

While I’m still going to offer new things, I’m primarily going to be offering those things to people already in the Co-op. I want to put the majority of my time and energy into the Co-op and so I will be taking significantly fewer one-on-one clients. This feels like such an intentional choice and helps me really narrow in on how I want to show up for you and make the biggest impact. If you are interested in working with us then definitely do reach out but in the next few weeks, you are going to be seeing a very different Boss Project. This has been a massive undertaking on our part but I know it’s going to be worth it.

The Power of Transparency 

The frustrating part is that I felt like the only way I felt I could show you what I wanted to do was to divert you to my workshops and while they will give you loads of information, I have always believed in the power of transparency. If you want to know what’s going on, I really want you to have an easy way to see that which is why this new site is going to provide so much more transparency about what the Co-op looks like. I am so excited about the new Boss Project website and how easy it’s going to be for you to navigate. This simplicity is imperative because of how focused I am on my mission; to see you wealthy and financially free. This mission is only possible to achieve if you have access to information and strategies and I wanted a simple place for that to exist. 

The Ultimate Offer!

You may be asking, but what about the Incubator. As of right now, the Incubator is on the waitlist however, we are not currently enrolling for that program but in 2024, we will be rolling it into the Co-op as its own tier! And it is going to be so much easier to understand. I’m so excited about creating an environment that has more clarity and transparency. I look forward to helping you make decisions and next year, all my offers will be in one, ultimate package. I am so excited about what that means because the goal here is not to stop me from creating, but rather to allow me to create more. Now I get to create for the people who are already here and will be adding to the Co-op over time! Regardless of how you would like to work with us in the future, this is where you start. I want to create an environment where you can be safe and completely yourself. All of our different offers have their place, but they are not how I want to do business in this season.

Now, I’m not suggesting that you need to scrap all of your offers and make one mega membership because that doesn’t necessarily make sense for everyone. But it makes sense for me! As of right now, everything I plan to create will be integrated into the Co-op but I’m not 100% sure about all of the details and that is okay! What I have built has taken me years and years and I don’t want to discount all that has gone into it already. I am so proud of the work our team has done and I am so excited about the future.
