You guys, today is kind of an incredible day. We are introducing you to our newest creation, The Strategy Academy. It’s our digital baby, the thing that we have been working on literally from day one. We wanted to create this new movement and program and opportunity for small business owners, specifically creative small business owners. The reactions have been amazing, the support, the cheerleading, everything around this program has just made our hearts go super warm and fuzzy.

Today, we’re going to introduce you to the Strategy Academy, we’re going to walk you through what’s inside, why it’s amazing and kind of explain more of the choose your own adventure that we have built inside this program. This will help make those decisions a little easier and really give you some guidance as to what you’re going to get out of the program and why we invested so much time and energy into it.
The self-paced route or the coached program route
There are six core modules and six core bonuses included in the bulk of the program, and you get access to those no matter which adventure you choose. The six core modules in both versions are ‘build your foundation’, ‘craft your message’, ‘nurture your dreams’, ‘streamline with systems’, ‘see the big picture’ and ‘create sustainability’. We’re going to make a program that literally guides other business owners through the entire first year of their business like a mirror image of what we did. What makes this program really different is that we’re not just teaching strategy, we’re also wrapping that up with the bonus content of how to actually set up the tech, the systems and the various tactics that we outline inside the core program. We have really gone out of our way to go as in-depth as possible into all these different areas.
Looking at the six different modules
In module one, you’re going to learn all about building your foundation. We are really jumping into the nitty gritty of setting up things to get your business going quickly. In module two, we’re going to help you craft your message and going over the five key pages every website needs. In module three, we’re talking about sales funnels and, our favorite thing ever, nurturing your people with free content using webinars. Module four is all about getting paid, because we want you to get paid in different ways, not just from the products that you’re selling but from other relationships. Module five is all about your MVP. It’s the thing that’s going to bring in money to help grow this business so you can make whatever you want. Then we’re going to help you focus on creating a sustainable business. We want you to be open, not just a couple of months from now but years down the road. One of our favorite things that we have inside every single module is called the therapy session.
Core program bonuses
The first core program bonus up is the small business workbook. This is a jam packed 54-page workbook that’s going to walk you through the 21 steps to develop your idea, get legal and test to see if your passion can be profitable. We have bite-sized modules for you to learn Squarespace inside and out so you can create a beautiful, custom branded, amazingly user-friendly website like literally in a couple of days. We’re talking you through how to setup your first freebie and opt in, pretty much regardless of what program you’re using. We’re also going to walk you through the strategy of getting people on your list and all the different tactics that you can use to grow it. Then our favorite, Webinar like a Boss. We’re perfecting your pitch and walking you through the tech of using our favorite webinar hosting platform. Also, we’re going to go through accounting for the non-accountant and crunch the numbers.
What makes the coached program different
The two modules that you are unlocking in the coached program are ‘automation’ and ‘scaling your business’. The reason we’ve added these into the coached program is mostly because these are the people who are ready to create even more passive income, automate their business even more so they can start to step out of the head of every department of their business and more, and reach CEO status again. We are walking you through how to reach your squad goals so you can learn how to interview and hire, talking about payroll, bringing on real human beings to your team so you can grow the business and the passion of your dreams even bigger than you ever thought possible. One of our favorite new bonus courses is called Your Digital VA. We’re going to help you find your flow and you’re going to start automating all your processes and workflows with four of our favorite programs, IFTTT, Zapier, Butler and Trello. Outside of more modules and more bonus courses, you are getting access to a pretty cool community.
Which program should I choose, self-paced or coached?
Both programs go live on July 10th. The modules are going to be released weekly, starting on July 10. The self-paced program is perfect for someone who might not have a lot of time in their schedule right now and might not be able to attend the coaching sessions, be active in the Facebook group or go through the content with everyone else. You get access to it 24/7 365 for life for both programs. The coached program is for all of you guys who are ready to see massive action immediately. Both programs are open to everyone. There is no application process or anything like that. We’re not limiting the seats to either program, but they’re only available for a limited time. So the doors opened on Tuesday, like we mentioned, and they close on the 27th at 11:11 PM, Central Standard Time.
