All of us want you to have that consistency that makes business work! This is what the scalability factor can do for you. It can take the parts of your biz that are challenging and the least fun and get them done; better, faster and at higher levels so you can focus on what you love to do; be creative and connect with your peeps! It is such a unique and well proven model we cannot wait for you to share in the results!

A Brief Introduction to Haley and Her Work

Haley's main goal is to help entrepreneurs who feel stuck on the hamster wheel. A lot of us have business anxiety and that is quite natural with growing something from the ground up but it should not get in the way of your success and profitability. Haley wants to get entrepreneurs out of survival mode and creating simple automated solutions to their business problems. The first step is actually to sign up for the course we are hosting with Haley, but more about that later! We are going to cover as much of that as we can fit into a podcast and focus mostly on the scalability factor. Haley likes to talk about the busy badge we seem to often wear. We wear it like a badge of honor to show how busy and successful we are being but these are not the same thing and we can get into a bad cycle and on the 'hot mess express'! What we really need to do is to prioritize what makes us money, where we get our profit from and focus on that!

Prioritizing Tasks, Profits and ROI Over Cutting Costs

According to our guests it is way more important to increase profit than to cut back expenses. There are times to cut back expenses but profit must always be number one on your list. She characterizes this by playing offense instead of defense and says you should be focusing on making money, not saving money. She uses a system of post it notes to keep everything in check, lay out what's most pressing and closest to the profit and work backwards from there. You have to be honest with yourself, if there is work that you are doing that is not bringing in profit you might have to give it the axe. So many of us are born entrepreneurs, it's important that we do not get too caught up with the shiny things; use your filter and stay focused! Haley is committed to getting robots and machines to help you with the things that are appropriate for them to do. Automate where you can because human interaction is irreplaceable. Talking to people and creating is wonderful and no one can do that like you can, so get the machines to do the rest!

When to Outsource and How to Go About It

Haley loves to stress the value of outsourcing, it can be great to take on new hires but outsourcing can also mean new software and tools that help you get the job done. The idea here is to pay some money but get more back! Everything in your business should have ROI, so take note of where it sits for you. The definition of an entrepreneur is one who takes risk in business and the hopes that we all have for success are not based on nothing but are rather calculated and balanced on what we know. Entrepreneurship is not just shooting for the stars and crossing fingers, why not start approaching it as a game rather than in survival mode, have fun with it and get serious about that too!

Batching Profit to Your Next Tier of Success!

According to Haley, you should be planning everything out at least six months in advance. This way if you have everything in order you can batch everything up and use the scalability factor to get your business really rolling. Haley quit her nine to five last year in May and was making 36 thousand dollars a month within six months! This was without an email list, no audience, just being super creative and piggy backing her way to success! She is now making over 60 thousand per month just a year later. She has hired her husband and other full time employees; it is just so amazing how much is achievable when you really commit. The scalability system and the course we are teaching allows you to really reprogram the part of your brain that can hold you back from this type of success. And that is exactly what we will be going over in the training, we guarantee it will be one of the best things you have ever done!

Haley quit her job and went from 0 to $36,000 months in 6 months at the age of 24. But when you rewind time, you’ll see that her story wasn’t too pretty. She didn’t always treat jer business like she was the CEO. Her body shut down and she was forced to fly back home during her first big trip. She kept getting worse despite tons of doctor visits and medicine which led her to be stuck in bed for over a month unable to take care of herself. Then she turned it all around.
