What she really loves to do, is to collect fans and grow them into an email list so that she can retarget them and earn her income like that. Let’s dig into some simple strategies Rachel has used that hugely impacted the overall growth of her business. Give People a Reason to Follow You

Often, when you start trying to grow your list, you tend to start placing limits on your potential because you worry about why an audience would care enough to follow you or subscribe. Rachel tells us that the reason why people subscribe is two-fold. One, people may subscribe to get more information about you or to be closer to you. Rachel’s preferred way of growing your list is giving people a solution to a problem. Most of Rachel’s audience doesn’t even know that she is the face of the company. 

PDF documents are really easy and tangible ways you can draw an audience into your email list. Rachel likes to combine a PDF with a video which grows your list by giving people something of value for free. Rachel also likes to interview her audience to figure out what problems they need her to solve for them and then tests out whether or not that’s truly what they want help with. You need to have multiple different offers at one time and see what works! It’s all about listening and paying attention to what your audience responds to. 

How to Optimize Your Time Building & Marketing Lead Magnets 

It can take between eight hours and a month to build lead magnets and that is a lot of time considering you need a whole load of them in order to figure out which ones work. Rachel and her team created an incredible tool that builds the initial lead magnets for her using AI and then she can go and personalize it. This entire process from start to finish takes her 34 minutes! Rachel wants you to look for the ‘easy buttons’ in your business so that you can optimize your time and make your life simpler!

When it comes to marketing that product, Rachel likes to focus on who her audience is. She wants to create social media content to help her ideal audience find her and connect with her so that the rest of the work is easier! Memes are her favorite way of connecting with her ‘perfect person’ and she puts memes out there, tracks who engages with them, and then creates a separate audience for them. Rachel also wants you to target followers who are going to take action because you are there to make money and grow your business! 

Leveraging the Algorithm

Rachel wants you to make the algorithm sing for you! You know what each algorithm wants from you and so it’s quite easy to deliver that in order to secure your success. Rachel is really great at reverse engineering algorithms to figure out how to leverage them to her advantage. Niche, small creators, and unique content are so important to the algorithm! Algorithms are powerful because they make life more predictable and easier to ‘crack’. 

AI’s Role in the Future of Online Business

Even with the rise of AI and shifts in the market, having a clean email list will be more important than ever! AI is always going to make the real humans stand out but at the same time, you need tools to make things faster for you. Rachel wants you to use AI as a framework to start from and then adapt it to you! She bases her AI prompts on her content and then goes in and makes it her own afterward! She even thinks that in five years, prompt engineering won’t be a thing and instead AI automations will be.
