We’ve been working with clients for seven years now, and the past year has seen a bit of a shift. As you know, we’ve been banging on about refocusing on working with fewer clients and dipping our toes back into the service side of things, and now that we have an accountable team of individuals with their own niche set of superpowers, we can! For the first time ever, we have a team that is not just there to support us in project management or client communication, but on deliverables, and it’s truly expanded the scope of what we can offer.

Our Seven-Year Evolution
When we first got started, we offered what we knew and what we were good at then. Something we’ve always been good at, historically, is looking to other industries to find what works and adapting it to work somewhere else. Now we’re doing just that, except we’re looking to own our business for inspiration and using the knowledge we’ve gleaned to work more intimately with businesses of all different types.
In the beginning, our projects were very branding and design-heavy. We’re not abandoning that part of the process but rather approaching it from a different angle. For example, when it comes to website design, we’ve moved away from a sole focus on aesthetics to focus on strategy. Because we’ve had a backseat view of so many different types of businesses, we are equipped to work on projects that are bigger, more impactful, and more strategic than ever.
There is no way we could ever have anticipated where our business was headed. It has morphed into something beyond our wildest imaginings and we can feel that happening again! We are now in a place where we are able to help businesses on many different levels, from branding, tech assistance, project management, and CRM to strategy, building pricing and scaling structures, SEO, and so much more!
Our Ongoing Mission
Despite our changes in strategy along the way, our mission has never changed. Our mission is to help more women and femmes to build businesses that fulfill them soulfully and financially and allow them to have freedom of choice in how they spend their time and money. To put it plainly, we’re a digital agency focused on helping small businesses grow their revenue. Our specialty is around sales funnels for service-based businesses and the entire client journey! We’re dedicated to helping people grow their results and now, we want to do that on a more intimate scale. You’ll find out later this month what that means in a practical sense!
How We Support Our Clients
We work with a lot of established business owners on improving an established service or product and moving on to the next stage. Our job is to build the backend processes to support the evolution of our clients’ businesses. Something that we particularly enjoy is working with legacy businesses with no digital systems in place, and helping them to scale by creating these systems for them. Our aim is to go in and make things smoother and faster by optimizing their sales journey and creating a project management system and leads database (to name but a few backend optimization systems!)
Our Sales Strategy and Intensive Service
One of the services we offer is our Sales Strategy and Intensive Service, born out of our frustration of witnessing the misdirected attentions of business owners. It is the first phase that every client works through with us, and it involves calculating how much you need in certain areas to meet specific goals. We figure out your sales playbook through a full-on CFO audit, looking at line items, and profit and loss statements. We help you identify your price point and how many leads you need to reach your goal.
Everybody’s playbook is different and it helps to have an outside perspective. We can help you to create a customized strategy that makes sense for your unique set of circumstances. Not only does this service unlock clarity and confidence, but it builds a stable foundation for years to come and can result in you seeing at least 10x your investment.
Content With Context
Another thing we love to do is work with people who are starting to pay more attention to their website content. What we do, is create what we call Content With Context. This involves creating content specifically targeting keywords we’ve identified as being critical to your personal business growth. Based on search volume, we target the things that are going to increase organic traffic to your site and turn that traffic into leads. If anything is constant about the Internet, it’s its constant evolution and we want to help our clients be prepared before the changes happen.
