This means that you can completely take your forms to the next level and amp up your client experience. The possibilities for what you can embed are endless, but we’re here to give you 5 ideas for how to take your Dubsado forms to the next level using code blocks!

How to Use the Code Block

Adding a code block to your forms is super simple! In the list of options for different blocks, the code block is at the bottom right side of the menu. All you have to do is drag and drop it into your form, and then copy and paste your code into it.

What to Embed Into Your Form

Like we said, the possibilities are endless with what you can embed into your Dubsado form! As long as you have the embed code to something, the chances of being able to add it into a form are super high. Here are 5 of our favorite ideas!

THIRD PARTY SCHEDULER

Although Dubsado already has a native scheduling tool, you can embed a third party scheduler, like Calendly or Acuity, into your forms. This makes it super easy to allow leads to go ahead and schedule a discovery call, or for clients that you’re signing to select an appointment time for a kick-off call right inside their proposal.

VIDEO

Video is an awesome way to elevate your client experience. For instance, you can include a thank you video in your feedback questionnaire once you’re offboarding a client, or a welcome/introduction video in your proposal when onboarding. You’re able to grab embed code from Vimeo, Loom, YouTube, etc.

INSTAGRAM FEED

If you want to amp up your public proposal design, consider adding your Instagram feed to the footer. By using a third party tool that integrates with Instagram, like EmbedSocial, Walls.io, or LightWidget, you can easily embed your live Instagram feed. Instagram does have a native embed option, but be aware that it only works for embedding one post.

PINTEREST FEED

Just like your Instagram feed, you can embed a Pinterest feed, board, pin, profile, or follow button using Pinterest’s widget builder. You just add your link, choose which layout style you want, and copy/paste the embed code.

And there you have it! Code blocks are the perfect way to elevate your Dubsado forms and add some extra styling, as well as integrate third party applications that make your forms stand out to clients. So, browse around your favorite tools and see what you can add!
