Is This Incubator for You?

Our Incubator has been designed based on the many questions and queries we’ve received from you all. And while every business is unique, there are definitely shared commonalities that characterize the companies that are best suited for our program. One of the challenges that we’ve heard about pretty consistently from all of you, is that you are getting to a point where you are at capacity. This is not to say that you're operating at 100% capacity at all times, but you may well find yourself encountering this problem fairly frequently. If you’ve considered hiring a team (but you're not sure if you’re ready to take that step) and if you want to build sustainability behind the scenes so that you can find more ease and be extra confident about making that next hiring decision, then this Incubator is for you.

Let’s Talk Revenue

If you’re making between $5,000 and $20,000 a month then there’s a good chance you’re ready for our Incubator program. It may seem like a wide range, but we’ve seen a lot of similar issues coming up for those of you that fall within that scope. We do suggest, however, that you fall at, or above, a consistent $5,000 minimum before you consider joining our program. We’ve found that once you consistently hit that minimum, there’s a shift in mental clarity. That stability frees up your mental space and allows you the brain power to focus on other issues. If you haven’t reached this point yet, and you join something as intensive as our Incubator, there’s a good chance you’ll start to feel overwhelmed by the need to maintain sales, while also implementing the strategies that we’re going to be talking about inside the program. And we want you to be able to give as much of your attention to this program as possible!

Calling All Service Based Business Owners

When it comes to the type of business owners who can apply for this Incubator, we’re talking specifically about service based business owners. That is to say your talent, expertise, or skill set, is the thing you’re selling, primarily. Typically you would have expertise in an area that you have extensive training in, but that doesn’t always need to be the case. Sometimes it’s expertise you’ve gained from years of experience. We’re seeing all kinds of service based business owners, like copywriters, graphic designers, interior designers, interior architects, accountants, and more.

Building a Solid Foundation

It is crucial that business owners put a solid foundation in place before they start to expand, truly scale, and hire. If you don’t create the necessary foundation, you won’t have the financial runway you need to prepare for all the challenges you’ll face down the line. We’re here to help you build that foundation and step into your role as CEO. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how the various mechanisms in your business can meaningfully affect your bottom line, the true extent of your team’s capacity, how much time you should be spending on client work, and much more.

Equal Parts Curriculum and Support

We are big believers in the benefits of group coaching, and it’s always incredible seeing our cohorts grow together and learn from one another. When you're in this specific phase of your business, it’s critical that you get outside perspectives and become exposed to examples of how other businesses have approached and solved problems you might be facing. We will also continue to provide in-depth one-on-one feedback as we go! Our program has been refined and redesigned to provide you with an outstanding curriculum while also giving you access to the support you need so that you can have quicker wins that impact your business on a more profound level.

Pricing Appropriately

We see a lot of people that are losing money slowly because of their pricing. And often this is because they are unaware of just how much time it is taking to ultimately deliver on what they’ve promised. While many of our clients come to us with a range of difficult issues, we are always shocked by how many of these complex challenges can be solved when they start pricing appropriately. If you’re scared that we’re just going to tell you to 10x it, don’t worry! Our approach is incredibly mindful and takes into account the many different circumstances that come into play with this type of decision. We take participants through our proprietary approach to get clear on income pricing capacity, understand your time, scope your deliverables, and communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction on both ends!
