It has been a whole decade since I started Boss Project. I have built a business, employed many people and taught tens of thousands of entrepreneurs how to build their businesses online. While I’m definitely still exploring my creativity and using that everyday as a content creator, where I’m at today is not at all where I thought I would be! It’s not the life I imagined for myself, but it is so much better!

Block scheduling breaks up your day into dedicated blocks of time for specific types of tasks or activities. This reduces decision fatigue and stress and saves a ton of time!

There’s no such thing as a right or wrong decision, especially in business. Hitting 10 years in business feels so surreal, and I’ve learned SO much along the way! Today, I share the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the past decade, the ones I really wish someone had told me when I was starting out. From making tough calls to leaning into my strengths, I’ve picked up some game-changing insights that have shaped not just my business but my entire life.

Originally, I wasn’t planning to share my plans for the coming year. Even though it can be tough to know what to share as someone who teaches other business owners to do what I do, I’m sharing this because I know this is going to work. I want to make sure that you have these reminders in front of you. You don’t need to make radical changes to your plans. But these ideas are truly what makes businesses in this industry scale. 

As we get ready to close out the year, it’s natural to find ourselves at an inflection point. It’s the time of the year when we think about all the things we've done, all the things we would do differently, and maybe even some things we regretted along the way.

When I sat down to reflect on the past year, I felt a deep need to remember. To revisit lessons I’d learned before but was reminded of in new, impactful ways this year. These are lessons that aren’t just for me – they’re for all of us.
