A big part of scaling a business is playing the numbers game! I am predicting a pivotal year for small businesses this year. The last month has been completely wild for me and Boss Project. Normally by the time our office closes for Winter Break I’m ready to walk away and relax, but this year was totally different. All I wanted to do was continue working on all the ideas I had spinning around in my head. Going into this break, I gave myself the grace to spend time with family but when I wasn’t, I rode the creative wave because that was something I felt I needed to do.
That made this break so interesting because I had the chance to try things and play in the business with no pressure or any other business obligations. I’ve missed the element of play so much and I loved finding that again. So many people talk about an email list but you don’t necessarily need a huge list for the other parts of your hybrid business to be booked out and successful. But what you do need are leads that are primed and ready to buy those other offers! You can nurture on email but that can be a slow process and what I have found is that if you get people in the door with a low-price, digital offer, you can showcase so much value with that small offer and make them want to invest in your business in other areas. When I used that strategy, tens of thousands of people on my email list paid to join up! You can do this with a freebie but the issue is that sometimes people never engage in that and when people pay money for something, they pay more attention. I want you to create an interconnected offer ecosystem that allows your clients to move from one offer to the next naturally and if you can attract people with a digital offer, you are going to get higher-quality leads who are more invested and are more likely to buy again.

You can get any leads whenever you want but instead, I want you to get the right leads!
